Niposit LT
Niposit LT is a low temperature electroless nickel process, specially designed for "plating-onplastics" applications. Niposit LT fulfils all requirements for plating on aluminium. (First layer after zincate treatment ,see “General”, point 4 for reference) The deposits are bright to semi-bright and its phosphorous content varies between 4 and 6 % P,depending on the bath parameters.

Niposit PM 980
Niposit PM 980 is specifically formulated to auto-catalytically deposit nickel - phosphorus (4 – 5%) alloys from an alkaline solution. Niposit PM 980 will deposit an adherent coating on properly - prepared plastic substrates that serves as a base for subsequent electrolytic plating. The resulting nickel - phosphorus deposit will exhibit excellent bond strength, with a finish reproducing that of the base material. Niposit PM 980 deposits are capable of withstanding relatively high electroplating current densities without “burn off”. Characteristics: 1. Extremely long solution life 2. Self pH regulating. 3. Exceptional chemical stability. 4. Low temperature process. 5. High tolerance to metallic contamination. 6. Fine grain, pit free deposits.

Niposit PM 988
Niposit PM-988 heralds the dawn of a new era in metallization for “plating-on-plastics” applications. The Niposit PM-988 process is designed to auto - catalytically deposit nickel - phosphorus (4 - 7 %) alloys from a non-ammoniacal alkaline solution. Niposit PM-988 will deposit an adherent coating on suitably prepared plastic substrates that serve as a base for subsequent electrolytic plating. The resulting nickel - phosphorus deposit will exhibit excellent bond strength, with a surface finish reproducing that of the base material. Niposit PM-988 deposits are capable of withstanding relatively high electroplating current densities with no risk of “burn off”. Key characteristics: 1. FREE from Ammonia. 2. Contains NO lead or cadmium. 3. Free from chloride 4. Low operating temperature. 5. Extremely long solution life. 6. Exceptional chemical stability. 7. High tolerance to metallic contamination. 8. Fine grain, pit free deposits.

Ronamax SR
Ronamax SR is an ammonia-free, electroless nickel process, producing bright to semi-bright, highly corrosion-resistant deposits. The phosphorous content, depending on the bath parameters, varies between 10.5 - 14 %. The self-regulation pH adjustment ensures a constant deposition rate particularly with higher deposit thicknesses. Ronamax SR is an extremely stable and straightforward process to operate.
