HyPro™ 88
HyPro™ 88 is an economical, cobalt-free trivalent passivate for zinc electrodeposits. HyPro™ 88 will provide over 48 hours of corrosion resistance to electrodeposited zinc per ASTM B 117.
Exceeds 48 hours to white salts without the use of topcoats

Can be baked without degradation of corrosion resistance -
HyPro 200
HyPro 200 is a secondary passivation for use over all of Pavco’s trivalent passivates. HyPro 200 will extend the corrosion protection of a trivalent passivate up to 100 hours to white salts.

HyPro™ 250
HyPro™ 250 is a secondary passivation for use over all of Pavco’s trivalent passivates. HyPro™ 250 will extend the corrosion protection of a trivalent passivate up to 100 hours to white salts.

HyPro™ Add HPB
HyPro™ Add HPB is a supplemental additive for HyPro™ passivates which increases the salt spray corrosion protection by 50 - 150 hours. HyPro™ Add HPB contains no chromium and does not cause colour leach.
Will not leach HyPro™ colour
Can be combined with HyPro™ passivates in existing plating operations
Totally water-miscible
Does not change the overall thickness of the passivate film -
HyPro™ Black
HyPro™ Black is a trivalent black passivate conversion coating for zinc that provides 120 hours to white corrosion when used in conjunction with HyPro™ 200 or HyPro™ Coat 330.

Can be used over chloride, alkaline, and alloyed zinc

HyPro™ Blue
HyPro™ Blue is a high performance, trivalent passivate for zinc electrodeposits. HyPro™ Blue will provide over 100 hours of corrosion resistance to electrodeposited zinc per ASTM B 117.
HyPro™ Blue is designed to meet the corrosion protection requirements of all automotive specifications requiring the elimination of hexavalent chromium from passivates.Exceeds 100 hours to white salts without the use of topcoats

HyPro™ Coat 318
HyPro™ Coat 318 is an organo-mineral finish designed to protect passivated zinc components from severe environments, such as the engine compartments and exterior of motorized vehicles. HyPro™ Coat 318 can withstand repeated heating to 400°F and still retain its protective properties. HyPro™ Coat 318 is also resistant to abrasion, scratching, and mechanical strain.

HyPro™ Coat 320
HyPro™ Coat 320 is a chromium-free sealer for passivated electrodeposited zinc that meets the corrosion protection requirements of automotive specifications.

HyPro™ Coat 330
HyPro™ Coat 330 is an organo-mineral finish designed to protect passivated zinc components from severe environments, such as the engine compartments and exterior of motorized vehicles. HyPro™ Coat 330 can withstand repeated heating to 400°F and still retain its protective properties. HyPro™Coat 330 is also resistant to abrasion, scratching, and mechanical strain.

HyProCoat™ 437
HyProCoat™ 437 is an organo-mineral finish designed to protect passivated zinc components from severe environments while yielding a coefficient of friction of 0.14 + 0.03. HyProCoat™ 437 can withstand repeated heating to 250°F and still retain its protective properties. HyProCoat™ 437 is also resistant to abrasion, scratching, and mechanical strain.

HyPro™ Coat 455 PH
HyPro™ Coat 455 PH is an organo-mineral finish designed to protect passivated components from severe environments.
HyPro™ Coat 455 PH also serves to modify the coefficient of friction on coated parts and will control the torque tension.

HyPro™ Fe-Inh
HyPro™ Fe-Inh is a nonflammable additive for the protection of bare steel during passivation in any HyPro™ passivate. HyPro™ Fe-Inh not only minimizes the dissolution of iron but also increases the life of the passivate.

HyPro™ MB 602
HyPro™ MB 602 is a single component black passivate for all zinc plated surfaces and zinc die castings. HyPro™ MB 602 works well following cyanide, alkaline non-cyanide and chloride zinc plating processes. HyPro™ MB 602 is the blackening process used in the HyPro™ 562 System.

HyPro™ Tri Yellow provides 96 hours of white salt corrosion protection when coated with HyPro™ Coat 330.
