Aqualloy GT-640 White Bronze
Aqualloy GT-640 is a cyanide, lead and cobalt free acidic bronze product producing bright, white, binary copper tin deposits
Ronalloy GT-250 AP Adhesion Promoter
RONALLOY GT-250 AP Adhesion Promoter provides a thin copper/zinc layer which improves the adhesion of RONALLOY GT-250 White Bronze deposits on acid copper under layers. The use of RONALLOY GT-250 AP Adhesion Promoter is highly recommended in cases where such parts are subsequently subjected to heat treatment.
Ronalloy GT-250 White Bronze
Ronalloy GT-250 is a cyanide, lead and cobalt free acidic bronze product producing bright, white, binary copper tin deposits.
Ronalloy PM 8N
Ronalloy PM 8N is an alkaline - cyanide bronze process designed to produce a bright, white binary copper - tin alloy. The Ronalloy PM 8N is used in the plating of plastics to give a white coloured finish. The maximum thickness of the deposit is 0.5 micron.
The Ronalloy 2000 process has been designed to produce deposits of ternary alloy consisting of copper, tin and zinc. Its appearance is similar to stainless steel. Ronalloy 2000 offers the following advantages: 1. low contact resistance 2. non magnetic 3. good conductivity 4. high corrosion resistance 5. bright deposits Due to these characteristics, Ronalloy is suitable for plating of electronic parts. For certain applications it can be considered as a complete or partial substitute for silver.
Ronalloy 2N is an alkaline cyanide process producing yellow bronze (copper/tin/zinc) deposits which are bright and levelled and with good corrosion and tarnish resistance. Ronalloy 2N is a suitable replacement for gold in certain decorative applications. The colour of the deposit is close to 2N of the German DIN "Goldfarben" and Swiss NIHS 03-50 Standards. For long - term tarnish resistance the deposits will need to be coated with a suitable non - yellowing lacquer or over plated with gold.
