EMP110 Spray Technology
Since 1993 Electra has been the market leader in the development and manufacture of soldermasks for application by electrostatic spray and conventional air-spray. Widely accepted by spray machine manufacturers as the spray soldermask benchmark; EMP110 is specially formulated and quality controlled to deliver exceptional track-edge coverage in combination with excellent cosmetics. These features allow EMP110 to give improved coverage, often at a reduced coating thickness and reliably provide our customers material savings over competitor materials.
- Excellent track encapsulation and coverage up to 400μm copper heights
- Fine pitch track and gap encapsulation without skipping or dewetting
- Smooth surface coatings without excessive ink loss
- 100% encapsulation of blind-vias
- No bubbles
- Increased yields and reduced cost-in-use
