Sealants and Protective Oils
Abseal DW5
-
Abseal DW5
ABSEAL DW5 is designed as a post-pickle rust preventative for ferrous metals. BS type TP 2B (BS 1133 Section 6). It is based on a hydrocarbon solvent, and contains a blend of specially selected dewatering and anti-corrosion additives.
E-Clps Series
-
E-Clps 1900
E-CLPS® 1900 is chromium free, phosphate free liquid chemical used to form a paint bonding and corrosion resistant surface treatment on aluminum, zinc, ferrous, and cuperous surfaces. E-CLPS® 1900 is a convenient to use liquid product which may be applied in either spray or immersion processes. ECLPS ® 1900 can also be employed as a final seal over iron and zinc phosphates for demanding applications requiring high performance. E-CLPS® 1900 is a non-hazardous material which reduces or eliminates workplace hazards and is free of heavy metals, toxic organics and has no VOC content.
-
E-Clps 1700
E-CLPS® 1700 is a chromium free liquid chemical used as the final seal for cleaned steel, galvanized, and aluminium providing improved paint adhesion and corrosion resistance. E-CLPS® 1700 is a convenient to use liquid product which may be applied in either spray or immersion processes. E-CLPS® 1700 is considered a non- hazardous material both as a concentrate and as a working bath.

E-Clps 1980
E-CLPS® 1980 is chromium free, phosphate free liquid chemical used to form a paint bonding and corrosion resistant surface treatment on aluminium, zinc, magnesium, ferrous and cuprous surfaces. E-CLPS® 1980 is a convenient to use liquid product which may be applied in either spray or immersion processes. E-CLPS® 1980 can also be employed as a final seal over iron and zinc phosphates for demanding applications requiring high performance. E-CLPS® 1980 is a non-hazardous material which reduces or eliminates workplace hazards and is free of heavy metals, toxic organics and has no VOC content.

E-Clps 2100
E-CLPS® 2100 is a chrome free, non-phosphate liquid coating chemical used to produce on aluminium and zinc alloys a clear, nearly colourless, chemical Dried-In-Place (DIP) coating. The coating, when properly applied, has excellent paint bonding properties and affords under film protection.
-
E-Clps 2960C
E-CLPS® 2960C is a liquid chromium free product designed to provide excellent adhesion and corrosion protection properties in multi-metal applications. E-CLPS® 2960C will put a light orange/red color on the strip. In continuous coil application, the wet film is dried on the metal surface, without additional rinsing, prior to painting. Only fresh solution is used, there is no replenishment requirement, and the coating quality is consistently maintained.
PB Seal
-
PB Seal MEA
A liquid chemical that is added to a final rinse after cleaning, derusting or iron phosphating, to inhibit rust staining during slow drying-off. It can provide temporary corrosion inhibition for several days on ferrous parts when they are stored inside at humidity levels of below 70%. It may be used on aluminium and zinc items, but yellow metals may tarnish. It evaporates at approximately the same rate as water and leaves virtually no residue, allowing the parts to be further processed or over-painted.

PB Seal N
A liquid chemical that is added to a final rinse after cleaning, derusting or iron phosphating, to inhibit rust staining during slow drying-off. It can provide temporary corrosion inhibition for several days on ferrous parts when they are stored inside at humidity levels of below 70%. It may be used on aluminium and zinc items, but yellow metals may tarnish. It evaporates at approximately the same rate as water and leaves virtually no residue, allowing the parts to be further processed or over-painted.
Protective Oil Series
-
Protective Oil 2
A non-drying oil of medium viscosity and free from volatile solvents. It complies with DEF STAN 80-34/2 (Oil PX4) as protection normally applied by dip after heavyweight phosphating. A prior spirit stain can be used if required
-
Protective Oil No 6
A non-drying oil composed of paraffinic solvents with naturally low aromaticity. It leaves a non-drying wax film containing inhibitors and surface active agents. The film does not age harden.
