Abphos 900M
The ABPHOS 900M phosphate process produces, by immersion, manganese/iron coatings on steel surfaces.
The process develops a fine, uniform, heavy crystalline coating which is non-metallic and highly absorptive.
ABPHOS 900M coatings conform to the requirements of BS 3189 -1973 Type 1A and DEF. STAN 03-11/2 Class I. In conjunction with suitable lubricants, ABPHOS 900M provides excellent sliding surface protection - to reduce friction and wear on moving parts. i.e. piston rings, valves, gears and other bearing surfaces.
