Alfiflock 63 is a special flocculation and sedimentation agent for the treatment of used degreasing baths. While in the normal neutralization procedure, only wet and sludgy filter cakes are produced, with Alfiflock 63 a compact filter cake is obtained.
Alfiflock 63 binds grease, phosphates and tensides to a large degree. Thus,
clear wastewater with reduced contamination is achieved which can be
used in the work cycle for a longer period of time.
Alfiflock 63 is also very suitable for standing rinses which can be continuously
cleaned during the work cycle. Standing rinses treated in this way can
be operated for longer periods of time even without ion exchanger cycle
plants.
