Alfinal 275/1 is a liquid alkaline and EDTA containing etching component which can be combined with Alfisid as an etching and degreasing agent for aluminium and its alloys. The product combination also allows an excellent degreasing of steel and Hot Dip Galvanised (Zn) substrates. Incrustations and contamination through microbial growth in the plant are reduced to a large extent by special constituents. Alfinal 275/1 component can also be used as a simple etching system for aluminium substrates.
Alfinal 275/1 combines the etching and degreasing procedure on Aluminium
in a single step. Attack on aluminium can be controlled by adjusting
concentration, temperature and time.
Alfinal 275/1 is a low-foaming product in combination with Alfisid and
therefore especially suitable for use in spray booths. It achieves good results
also in dipping procedures.
