Ferroclean 7135/1 is a strongly alkaline cleaning agent for iron and steel and is especially suitable for the cleaning of parts in hot dip galvanizing plants. The product is distinguished by its extremely economical use. It can be also used for degreasing of galvanized substrates.
Ferroclean 7135/1 has an optimal combination of tensides, intended to be
used as a demulsifying cleaning agent for an immersion procedure. It is
especially recommended for use in plants with oil separation. It produces a
slight etching effect on galvanized substrates during cleaning so that slight
corrosion marks are removed.
Ferroclean 7135/1 is unproblematical with regard to wastewater since more
than 60 % of the tensides are completely biodegradable and therefore
comply with the EU regulation on detergents.
