Ferrophos 7767/2 This is a liquid iron phosphating especially suitable for the pretreatment of steel surfaces in the so-called „in-house“–manufacturing. The parts are degreased and phosphated in one single work cycle. The product is applied in the spraying procedure.
Ferrophos 7767/2 produces dark blue to grey phosphate layers having
passivating properties. When correctly applied, the product offers an
excellent adhesion base for all organic coatings. Included tensides comply
with the EU regulation on detergents.
