Paintbond 200
An acidic, liquid chemical which, when diluted in warm water, will simultaneously degrease and form a thin, protective phosphate conversion coating on steel, zinc and aluminium surfaces prior to painting.
It can be used by dip or spray (tunnel or washing machine) process. Phosphate coatings produced by this product are in the range 0.3 - 1.0 g/m2 and comply with DEF STAN 03-11/3 Class IV and EN 12476:2000 Feph, previously BS 3189 (1973) Type 4.
