Paintbond 300
A liquid chemical which, when diluted in warm water, will simultaneously degrease and form a thin, protective phosphate conversion coating on steel, zinc and aluminium surfaces.
It has been specifically developed for use by dip processes. Phosphate coatings will produce coating weights in the range 0.3 - 1.0 g/m2 and comply with DEF STAN 03-11 Class IV and with EN 12476:2000 Feph, previously BS 3189 (1973) Type 4.
