Imagecure IMC6000 series spray coat is a two-component thermal hardening liquid photoimageable solder resist, that dries by solvent evaporation to give a film that can be processed in Aqueous Potassium or Sodium Carbonate solution, or solvent.
Imagecure IMC6000 series spray has been formulated for LED applications.
