Ziniloy™ HD is a high ductility alkaline zinc/nickel alloy plating process offering exceptional corrosion resistance.
Ziniloy ™ HD produces semi bright deposits of a zinc/nickel alloy with exceptional ductility making it ideal for parts requiring post plate fabrication.
Ziniloy ™ HD is suitable for either rack or barrel plating . Ziniloy ™ HD deposits easily accept clear, yellow or black p assivat es. Passivated deposits retain excellent corrosion resistance, even after 24 hours of a 250°F (120°C) temper.
