A-Gas Electronic Materials had the pleasure of attending the Chemical Business Association Awards 2025 on Friday 28 November, hosted at the iconic Tower Ballroom in Blackpool. The event brought together professionals from across the UK chemical supply chain to recognise achievements, champion best practice, and celebrate the people who continue to move the industry forward. With a superbly organised programme and an impressive setting, it was a fitting backdrop for acknowledging the individuals and teams whose work often takes place behind the scenes yet has a profound impact on our sector.
Among this year’s winners was someone very close to our own story. We are delighted to share that Beverley Brooman, former Operations Manager at A-Gas EM, received the Made a Difference award, recognising her outstanding service to the chemical industry and her long-standing contribution to A-Gas Electronic Materials.
Throughout her career, Bev set the standard for operational excellence, building strong processes, supporting colleagues across every department and ensuring customers received the high level of service they expected. Her impact can be traced through many of the systems and relationships that underpin our business today.
Those who worked closely with Bev know how heavily she invested in her team and how often she went above and beyond to support both operational delivery and the people behind it. Her influence has been felt well beyond A-Gas EM, across partner organisations, suppliers and customers who valued her professionalism and integrity.
Seeing Bev recognised by the Chemical Business Association was a proud moment for our team and a fitting celebration of the contribution she has made throughout her career.
Congratulations Bev, and thank you to the Chemical Business Association for an excellent event.
