The eighth "mrt webinar - Meet the Experts" in 2024 - our free online seminar series:
In this edition of our webinar series “Meet the Experts” we will highlight the use of hybrid polymers for optical on-chip waveguides as announced previously this year. This time we will focus on the requirements for polymeric optical waveguide materials, e.g. low optical loss and adapted refractive index to allow optical device integration. Our expert Dr. Maria Russew will present the latest results from material developments within the joined project “PolyChrome Berlin” utilizing polymeric waveguide materials for the fabrication of hybrid photonics integrated circuits (PICs).
The online event series has been offered monthly by MicroSist Technology since 2021. Each one-hour webinar consists of a presentation by one of our specialist colleagues or partners, followed by a moderated questions and answers with the specialist.
