NIL Industrial Day is an international annual meeting focused on the industrial applications of Nanoimprint Lithography (NIL), bringing together material suppliers, equipment manufacturers, industrial users, and applied research organisations from across the sector. Alongside a comprehensive technical programme featuring invited speakers from industry and research, the event also includes an exhibition showcasing the latest technologies and innovations in NIL.
Following previous events across Austria and Germany, and a joint event with the NNT conference in 2024, NIL Industrial Day returns for its 15th anniversary edition in Berlin on 1-2 June 2026.
