Alfinox 510 ENSAVAL - procedure

Alfinox 510 is an anodising procedure with two major advantages compared to conventional processes. First, it produces layers with an excellent dyeing power and evenness at higher bath temperatures. Second, it can be used at lower temperatures to create very hard layers.
Alfinox 510 is a long-term anodising procedure and contributes to saving cooling energy. By working above 21°C operating temperature, up to 13% of the total costs can be saved. Since the aluminium concentration settles at approx. 25 - 30 g/l Al, a new preparation is usually not necessary. Thus approx. 50% sulphuric acid can be saved.
Alfinox 510 is far less sensitive to temperature than conventional procedures. Switching from GS (sulphuric acid + DC) baths with a high aluminium content to this product is very easy.
