Alfisatin 338 is a chlorate-free E6 long-term pickling additive with good draining properties which is ideally suited for an aluminium concentration of 100 - 150 g/l. Since this aluminium content balances out as a result of drag-outs, it is not necessary to make regular new preparations.
Alfisatin 338 consistently generates uniform satin E6 surfaces from about 100 g/l Al up. When correctly used, there are no shadows caused by wires, no stains resulting from the transport between the procedures and there is no formation of scale or sludge. Ridge deposits are nearly completely concealed.
Alfisatin 338 is distinguished by good optical levelling properties and low weight loss values. Due to special additives, foam development usually occuring if large quantities of parts are treated are reduced to a minimum.
