Ferrosid 7015 contains non-emulsifying tensides so that the grease and oil introduced to the solution are separated on the surface. Effective inhibitors prevent corrosion of the base material nearly completely, even for longer etching periods.
Ferrosid 7015 produces a clean and unadulterated surface in one procedure. It is therefore an ideal pretreatment before lacquering, phosphating and other refining procedures.
