Paintbond 900M
An acidic, liquid chemical which, when diluted in near-boiling water, gives heavy manganese-iron phosphate coating on iron and steel.
Used by dip, the process gives a coating with very high corrosion resistance and also lubricant retention for components subject to wear.
The coating conforms to DEF STAN 03-11/2 Class I and EN 12476:2000 Mnph, previously BS 3189 (1973) Type 1A.
