RONOVEL™ CM Cobalt-Alloyed Gold is a mildly acidic gold plating product that can operate in a wide current density range.
In addition to increasing plating speed, other important features are: reduced porosity, improved wear resistance and throwing power.
RONOVEL CM Cobalt-Alloyed Gold is designed to be used for continuous selective plating of connector contacts and for processing all other types of electrical contacts, including printed circuit board edge tabs.
Excellent metal distribution is also achieved under barrel plating conditions. When the ultimate in deposition rate is required, RONOVEL N Nickel-Alloyed Gold is highly recommended.
However, if due to specification or other requirements a cobalt-alloyed gold deposit must be used, RONOVEL CM Cobalt-Alloyed Gold is eminently suitable.
