KMPR® 1000 are high contrast, epoxy-based and versatile negative photoresists. Material Features:
- It offers high aspect ratio imaging and vertical sidewalls
- It covers film thicknesses greater than 100 µm in a single coat
- It is compatible with aqueous developers (TMAH & KOH)
- Offers wet stripping in conventional strippers
- Excellent Dry Etch resistance
- Brilliant adhesion to metals and has a high chemical and plasma resistance
