Material Features:
- SU-8 TF 6000 is sensitive to broadband radiations (i-h- and g-Line)
- It is available in five standard viscosities to achieve low defect coatings with film thicknesses ranging from 4-16 µm in a single coat process

- It offers highly uniform thin films
- It performs well when used for high resolution imaging of thin permanent structures
