Alfisatin 345 is a ready-to-use liquid concentrate used to prepare and maintain the concentration of a chlorate-free long-term etch with strong foam-reducing and draining-off properties. Optimal results are achieved when the aluminium content is at least approx. 140 g/l. Caused by improved draining-off properties higher aluminium contents are available in the bath.
Alfisatin 345 can be dosed automatically and is distinguished by its good
optical levelling properties with only slight weight losses. As a singlecomponent product, Alfisatin 345 contains optimal concentrations of sodium hydroxide and pickling additives.
Alfisatin 345 produces even and finely mat surfaces at higher aluminium
contents. Ridge deposits are for the most part completely concealed.
