Our PriElex® product line offers a wide range of functional printed electronic inks and dielectrics for low temperature, flexible substrate applications.

PriElex® is a new suite of functional inks for inkjet printing of electronic devices.

PriElex® polymeric inks are designed and optimised for jetting and are suitable for maskless lithography, rapid prototyping, and clean, non-contact printing.

Material formulations are tailored for critical inkjet properties such as viscosity, evaporation rate, and surface tension, and exhibit improved latency, firing stability, and resolution over standard resist formulations.

UVPSA 10J Spacer Adhesive

UVPSA is a pressure sensitive spacer adhesive (PSA) designed to attach two substrate surfaces. It is screen printed with cure by ultraviolet light. 

PriElex C 250J

C-250J is a low resistance carbon paste designed for screen printing membrane switches, printed flexible circuits and other printed electronic applications. It also has very good substrate adhesion and is compatible with our UV curable dielectrics and silver inks.

BT-101 is suitable for use as a capacitance layer between phosphor and back electrodes on EL lamps

UV-2530 UV Curable Matte Dielectric

This is an ultraviolet light-cured, screen-printable, matte-finish dielectric ink used for screen-printed dielectric layers. Applications
include flexible circuits, membrane switches, crossovers and tailcoats. It maintains its
electrical integrity over a wide temperature and frequency range.

UV-2531 UV Curable Glossy Dielectric

UV-2531 is an ultraviolet light-cured, screen-printable, glossy-finish dielectric ink used for screen-printed dielectric layers. Applications
include flexible circuits, membrane switches, crossovers and tailcoats. It maintains its
electrical integrity over a wide temperature and frequency range.

UV-3010 UV CURABLE COATING/ENCAPSULANT

UV-3010 has been engineered specifically for water resistance on printed circuit board protection and LED component protection in
membrane switches.

PH-745 PHOSPHOR BINDER & THERMAL CURE DIELECTRIC

PH-745 is a thermal cure binder designed to be mixed with microencapsulated phosphor powder to produce screen printable pastes suitable for printing uniform layers of phosphor inks in electroluminescent (EL) panels.
It can also be used out of the jar as a thermally-cured clear dielectric for electrical insulation of printed conductive traces and crossovers.

EP-600 TWO-PART CONDUCTIVE EPOXY

EP-600 two-part silver-filled conductive epoxy
is designed for component attachment,
termination and other applications in hybrid
circuits, membrane keypads and other
electromechanical assemblies.

EP-799 Black Potting Compound

EP-799 is used for potting electro/mechanical
assemblies or components for protection against moisture, contamination, and mechanical or thermal shock.
It can also be used for component attachment, termination, staking, and other applications in which low-temperature curing conditions are required.

AGCL-675 SILVER/SILVER CHLORIDE INK

AGCL-675 Silver/ Silver Chloride Ink is a fine
particle electrically conductive ink designed for printing disposable EKG and EEG electrodes,
defibrillator pads and medical sensors.

AGCL-1134 SILVER/SILVER CHLORIDE INK

AGCL-1134 Silver/ Silver Chloride Ink is a fine
particle electrically conductive ink designed for
printing disposable EKG and EEG electrodes,
defibrillator pads and medical sensors.

AGCL-1194 SILVER/SILVER CHLORIDE INK

AGCL-1194 Silver/ Silver Chloride Ink is a fine
particle electrically conductive ink designed for
printing disposable EKG and EEG electrodes,
defibrillator pads and medical sensors.

RO-593 Radio Opaque Ink

RO-593 Radio Opaque Ink is a solvent-based, heat-dried ink designed for use in applications requiring high-contrast visible tags on devices exposed under MRI and other imaging
technologies.

RO-948 Radio Opaque Ink

RO-948 Radio Opaque Ink is a solvent-based, heat-dried ink designed for use in applications requiring high-contrast visible tags on devices exposed to X-ray and other imaging
technologies. The ink image is easily seen on film or using a fluoroscope as a visible
reference point.

AG-500A SILVER CONDUCTIVE INK

AG-500A is designed for screen printing in:

•flex circuit
•membrane switch
•touch screens
•other printed electronic applications

AG-510 SILVER CONDUCTIVE INK

AG-510 is designed for screen printing in:

AG-515-1 SILVER CONDUCTIVE INK

PRODUCT FEATURES

• Can be thinned with solvent for spraying, dipping or slot die coating or EMI/RFI shielding applications
• Long open time to reduce nozzle clogging
• Extremely tough, scuff-resistant, crease-resistant
• Excellent adhesion to polyester, polyimide and most other substrates
• Compatible with our UV curable dielectrics, all of our conductive epoxy adhesives and our UV curable component encapsulants

AG-800 SILVER CONDUCTIVE INK

AG-800 Silver Conductive Ink is a silver-filled, electrically conductive ink for high-speed screen printing.

AG-919 HEAT STABLE SILVER INK

AG-919 Heat Stable Silver Ink is a silver-filled electrically conductive screen printable ink or coating designed to operate in higher temperatures.

AG-1074 SILVER CONDUCTIVE INK

AG-1074 is designed for pad printing applications.
The co-solvent system allows for longer press time and more consistent electrical properties during a print run.

WB-1078 Water-Based Silver Conductive Ink

WB-1078 is designed specifically for gravure, rotary screen and other high–speed printing processes.

Z-904 UV CURABLE ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE INK

Z-904 conducts electricity on the Z-axis direction through the thickness, and not along the width or length of the printed ink
