Alfiseal 969 is a liquid sealing additive free of heavy metals used to prevent sealing deposits. The product is especially distinguished by its reduction of the sealing temperature. Furthermore, Alfiseal 969 can be used for the second step (ageing step) after a usual cold sealing procedure (according to Qualanod).
Alfiseal 969 fulfils the requirements of the quality association Qualanod if deionised water is used, such as the "weight loss test" according to ISO 3210. The use of the product has been approved by Qualanod (approval no. QND-003). The sealed parts show a perfect and clean surface for a long time if continuous filtration and partial renewal are provided.
Alfiseal 969 is not suitable for the sealing of organically dyed anodised surfaces.
