De-watering Fluid No3
This material is a solvent-based fluid with no anti- rust, and only Dewatering Additives.
It is primarily used as a top-up for the other DEWATERING FLUIDs. Where severe evaporation loss is a problem, it is used to thin the other oils when the films they are depositing are too thick.
It is also used as a DEWATERING FLUID leaving no corrosion-protective film. It has a speed of dewatering of 10 -12 seconds, which is exceptionally fast for a fluid of this type. It is easily removed by wiping with a rag soaked in paraffin or spirit. The drying time of this fluid is between 1½ - 2½ hours.
